Sara Webb - Founder - Admin & Listing and Transaction Manager
Sara started her career in real estate as an Office and Transaction Manager in 2008. She has experience working on a high-producing real estate team. Sara has successfully coordinated thousands of transactions throughout the years and has worked through the most complex issues. She has a comprehensive background in office administration and is a detail-oriented professional, who prides herself in expertly handling each real estate transaction. In short, she manages all the details behind the scenes that agents cannot live without. Before her career in Real Estate, Sara was involved in the mortgage industry, giving her a well-rounded view of the complex detailed process.
Sara was born and raised in Oregon and loves the outdoors. She has a passion for plants and gardening. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, and snowboarding!
Kelly Cherry - Listing & Transaction Manager
Kelly started her career in the real estate industry in 2019. She supports and provides a higher level of client service allowing agents to spend more time with their clients and less time chasing paperwork and deadlines. Kelly has excellent attention to detail and loves to be in the background making her clients look like 5-star real estate agents.
Kelly is a native Oregonian. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with my family, friends, and pets.
Jodi Williams - Listing & Transaction Manager
Jodi is an experienced Transaction Manager with a long-standing career in the real estate industry. Over the years, she has worked with multiple brokerages, giving her extensive knowledge of contracts, timelines, compliance, and the many moving parts of a successful transaction. Jodi is known for her strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to keep transactions organized and running smoothly from start to finish. She is passionate about supporting agents and clients alike, creating a seamless and stress-free experience every step of the way.
Mia Webb - Transaction Assistant
Mia is a dedicated Transaction Assistant who ensures every detail of the closing process runs smoothly. She specializes in organizing, reviewing, and managing transaction files to make sure all required documents are complete and properly filed. With a keen eye for accuracy and a strong commitment to efficiency, Mia helps ensure that each file is ready for payment at closing. Her attention to detail and dependable support make her an essential part of the transaction team.
